Spirito libero con un tocco bohémien.

Free spirit with a bohemian touch.

Moonchatting with Teresa Maccapani Missoni Free-spirited and eclectic creative.

Teresa Maccapani Missoni inherited from her surname the creativity, love of color, and free spirit that have made the family fashion house an icon of Made in Italy. But her style goes beyond her legacy: it is a synthesis of spontaneity, culture, and style that make her unique. A tireless traveler and explorer of worlds and cultures, Teresa loves to intertwine craftsmanship and fashion, tradition and modernity.

When she arrives in Sardinia, she lets the island speak for itself with its colors: the iridescent blue of the sea, the white of the wind-sculpted rocks, the silvery green of the centuries-old olive trees. Here, at Due Lune, we meet her for a chat about style, inspiration, and the little pleasures of summer.

If you could invite anyone (living or historical) to dinner at Due Lune, who would it be?
“I would invite the Janas and ask them to reveal the secrets of their magical remedies, as well as tell me the history of Sardinia from its origins, along with the stories of the peoples who have inhabited it over the centuries.”

What's the best souvenir you've ever brought home from a trip? “Shells.”

What is your fondest memory of Sardinia?
It's a place I've frequented all my life, and the fond memories are endless. I remember the feeling of freedom I felt walking to and from the little square alone, foraging for wild asparagus with my grandmother, out of season. The days spent on the boat, fishing or snorkeling with the whole family, and then, as I grew older, the dancing, the laughter, and the carefree spirit.

If summer at Due Lune were a song, what would it be?
“Mediterranea - Giuni Russo.”

The book to read at least once in your life under the umbrella?
“If I stay in Sardinia, definitely Canne al Vento by Grazia Deledda.”

The must-have item in your suitcase for a day at the beach and one for a night dancing under the stars?
“Day- Island long dress by Foresta G
Night- Ita Dress by Maccapani.”

Teresa embodies a relaxed yet sophisticated elegance, one that doesn't follow trends but anticipates them, and that finds her greatest source of inspiration in nature. At Due Lune, we see her strolling lightly on the sand, curiously discovering local crafts, and letting the sea breeze lull her. Because, ultimately, true luxury is knowing how to live in the moment.
